In a short time water is heated

I buy it and after using it for three months ............ It got damaged.... And is not working and the help center of hindware is very very bad

Although a standard product had they included installation kit and installation it would have been a complete peace of mind.here they leave you wondering now what? Which pipes to get? From where? Who will install? Will self installation cancel warranty??...And there is no online support..all just a show off.

I am writing this review after 6 months of uses. It became non working condition after only two months of uses. I bought this product on Oct 2020 and it became faulty in Jan 31st. I called customer care and booked a service request on 6th Feb,21. Even after Mar 10th not received any service. Inbetween I call them, sent emails, 'n' numbers of time, even followed up in Facebook as well. But not found any positive initiative from Hindware. Founding no other option, I call them and threatened about consumer forum but they are fearlessly told me you can do anything you want then. I went to consumer forum for help and after 2 working days the engineer came and put it back to the working condition. After reviewing verious sources I found that the after sales service is very very poor in Hindware. So friends, product is good but if you need after sales service don't buy this because even if they are giving 10 years of warranty, don't purchase that. So think twice and get information about their after self service from social media before buying Hindware item. Thank you.

Great product at a superb price. Writing this after 6months usage. Works well. Instant hot water any time. Connection Pipes weren’t provided but that’s ok coz all others do the same even if u go and purchase from shop. A basic plumber can install it.even if you are purchasing it from a shop any Instant heater. No connection hoses will be provided, no Plug. May be a free installation but thats about it. Cost in retail shop is at least Rs1000 more..

Good product .. easy to install.. I would have been better, if they have given the item with 16A Plug with some additional charge..
