I've purchased this twice so far and have it in my cart again for next week. I've only used it out of the casing as a base for my soups. I brown the sausage (sans casing) and then add a ton of veggies and lastly broth. This sausage has so much flavor that the soup doesn't need anything else. It's delicious. I have found that I don't add any extra salt either. I love that Premio has several varieties of chicken sausage as it so much healthier than regular Italian sausage.

I really liked these sausages.
