Sara Miller Lip Balm, 18 g, Cherry Blossom, Raspberry and Shea Butter

Bought as a present for my sisters birthday, she loves her lip balm and Sarah Miller and raspberry flavour ! She didn’t know this existed so was a nice surprise for her, she loved it! Wears it all the time, loves the taste, the thickness of it and a little goes a long way. It also looks good almost like a lipstick it looks great , the glass tub and packaging are also lovely too. Very pleased with the purchase.

I could not resist taking this lip balm to review just because of the packaging. It is so pretty.The box is a raspberry pink and gold. The bird is an emblem of Sarah Miller designs.Inside is a small jar with a gold design painted on.The actual lip balm is just a small amount inside. The glass jar is very thick and heavy this is not one for your handbag. I have to admit I am not really a fan of lip balm but I did try it and I really do not like the texture. The feel of thick goo on my lips is unpleasant. While the fragrance is subtle and pleasant.But the sweet stickiness lingered for ages afterwards.I suppose that if this is used in a practical protecting your lips way then this is a very stylish lip balm to use.I don’t have cracked lips and if I did then at least this is a very natural product as I don’t think it would have any chemical nasties.I am going to donate the lip balm to my daughter in a different container and keep the jar and box it is so attractive.I think this is a good gift because it looks lovely and will be practical to someone who is into lip balm.

Products need to stand out and Sara Miller Lip Balm certainly does that from the off, with an attractive pink box that features gold foliage. The small, thick glass jar inside has a gold coloured lid and patterns around the glass so even when out of the box, it still stands out.The balm itself smells lovely,it's a strong raspberry and slightly flowery smell but not overwhelming. It took a little while for my wife to actually get enough on her finger, though, as it's quite thick and hard. Warming it a little helped. It certainly worked, though, but did feel thick even when applied to the lips.It's a nice balm, possibly not one we'd carry around but ok to use at home during the winter months.

This lip balm arrives in a pretty raspberry-coloured box, which opens to reveal a glass jar with a gold lid. This is very posh lip balm!!! When you open it the first thing that hits you is the smell, a lush smell of raspberries with a hint of cherry blossom. Application is a little fiddly if you have long nails like me, but using a cotton bud to apply this balm goes on smoothly and my lips felt hydrated and tasted lovely!Would make a great Secret Santa or Christmas Stocking present!

This lip balm is presented in a very pretty box decorated with a pattern of birds and leaves, highlighted in gold. Inside is a quite heavy glass pot with a shiny gold lid and a decoration of gold leaves around the side - very pretty, and lovely to keep on a dressing table or desk, but not so practical for carrying around in a handbag.The lip balm is very solid, almost waxy, and not as easy to apply as others I’ve used, but a little goes a long way. It is quite thick on your lips, and a bit sticky if you apply too much - just a dab is quite enough! It smells like raspberry ripple ice cream - sweet, with a definite raspberry flavour, really nice. I find it too sticky to wear in daytime, but apply to sore cracked lips at bedtime, and by morning they are noticeably softer and less sore - the most effective lip balm I’ve used.According to the Sara Miller website (saramiller.london), the product is vegan and not tested on animals.At the current price of a tenner, I would not buy this for myself, but it would make a lovely small gift, secret Santa etc.

This Raspberry and Shea Butter Lip Balm is a nice addition to Heathcote & Ivory's range of Sara Miller branded products and is a natural lip balm which also contains vitamin E, cherry blossom extract and babassu oil. This lip balm can be used all year round and is suitable for summer time use as well as in the winter – although the bergamot, peony, amber and cedarwood floral fragrances make it perfect for the Festive Season. My wife has used this lip balm for a week or so in the recent unseasonably warm weather, and has been pleased with the skin-soothing results so far. This balm is natural and is perfect for delicate skin protection as it contains no harmful parabens; my wife likes the texture when the balm is applied. This is a very good product to have with you if you are prone to chapped lips as it offers good protection from the sun, wind or cold weather, and at a tenner for a 18g pot currently from Amazon is decent value whether you buy it for yourself or as a gift for someone else. Five stars from my wife for results and value.
