Timex Men's Guard DGTL Bold Combo Resin Strap Watch

I was looking for a watch that I could tell at a glance what time it is. A lot of the more rugged digital watches have small faces with even smaller numbers. This watch gave me both. I have clock hands that I can quickly tell the time. The digital time face is not too bad for being a shadow type digital number face.I like the look, the robustness of it and it is very comfortable. I had priced G-Shock as well as several knockoff brands. I chose Timex because well it is a Timex. I used to wear them a lot including the Ironman and they held up very well. I decided to give it a go because the price was too good to pass up. Now I am glad I chose this watch.It doesn't have solar or the atomic automatic time update but that is not a drawn back for me. I am a big man so I was looking for a watch with a larger size. This one fits that bill very well. The watch came well packaged and according to the estimated delivery date. I'm happy.

What I love about this is how nuanced the designs are. At first glance, it might seem like a Casio G-Shock, but it's far more refined and sleek. Also, the indiglo actually lights up the entire face and not one tiny little corner, as the Casio does. The entire package is so impressive in person, and it wears very well on almost every wrist size. I use the countdown and alarm options quite often. That chicken in the oven ain't gonna take itself out.Anyway, I love that Timex always takes design more seriously than the others. And as the tagline promised, they take a lickin' and keep on tickin'. This has been the case with this watch and all the others I own.

Overall I like the watch, it shows the date, day of the week, and the time in both digital and analog. The face is quite a bit bigger than I would normally choose, but hey "that is what happens when you buy online." My biggest complaint is that there were no instructions to set the watch, I took to YouTube and only found one video, that was in German and doesn't tell you how to set it, thank God for the comments section.

Still have to set the various extraneous functions on this,but it is a beautiful sports watch and much more importantly is very good to wear to work in an industrial environment like the one I work in operating in a freezer warehouse. Major plus in my opinion that the watch hands are white. Makes it way easier to see especially if you're on the fly somewhere. The resin watch band looks nice and is a comfortable fit. All in all a good investment if you want a good watch that looks good and can hold up doing the tough stuff on the job!

nice-looking watch but the included print manual is useless (6 non-English languages that don't appear to apply anyway. The online manual directory at Timex is useless as well. So I call Amazon support and they send me a link to a Youtube Video that looks like the right watch but is in a Eastern Europen language I don't speak. Decent watch (??) but terrible support manuals

It only took 3 tries for me to find a watch that combined digital and analog features in an attracrtive package that isn't too heavy. You won't find any rhinestones or those bazillion options a watch doesn't need: I really don't need it to track the time on the other side of the world, just do it for here and show me the day/date. Weight is only 2 ounces, way better than the half-pound monsters I bought prior and returned. Guess most folks don't use a watch unless it can double as a phone, why else is it so hard to find a basic time-telling watch.

Great watch with a nice set of functions. I received a lot of compliments when I wore this watch. It’s not easy to find but worth the time it took to find it.

Was great until one day I got up and went to put on my watch and all the digital displays were off. Nothing works now.

Muy buena relacion calidad - precio, de buena calidad, bonito y funcional el tamaño es muy equilibrado para algunos parecería mas bien grande cumple con todad sus funciones, es muy exacto... El unico pero seria que no trae manual de instrucciones y el beep suena bajito... Pero es un reloj muy bonito y de buena calidad para su rango de precio.
