Delicious
I like European chocolate over American. The volume is a bit low. The taste, color and consistency are smooth and creamy. I do add a touch of whole milk to make it even creamier. Never a fan of Swiss Miss or granular hot chocolates too grainy and leaves a dark trail of ooze at the end- not this one.

A bit expensive but tasty.
Creamy flavor and pleasing taste. Expected it to be a 12 oz serving but only about 6 oz. Still a nice break from coffee.

Powder does not fully dissolve.
This is basically powdered mix, it makes a mess in the machine and leaves residue in the pod area.I would recommend just buying a container of powdered hot chocolate mix and add hot water. Much less expensive.

Serving size is half a coffee mug... not cool
The serving size was literally half the size of a coffee mug ... need two pods for one actual hot chocolate . And you get 8 total in the package. So I’m virtually paying $11 to make 4 hot chocolates at home... will not buy again.
