My thyroid gland has been growing rapidly for several years. It was enlarged to the touch on my routine yearly physical in 2018 and I had my first thyroid ultrasound that year. I had a repeat thyroid ultrasound with biopsy in 2019 because it grew so much in one year that my endocrinologist thought I might have thyroid cancer. My biopsy was negative (only showed many colloid cysts), and my TSH, T3, and T4 levels were normal, so my doctors told me nothing was wrong and sent me on my way.A few months ago (summer 2020) my thyroid had grown so much since the biopsy 8 months prior that it felt like someone had his/her hand wrapped around my neck 24/7. The skin around my neck felt stretched tight all of the time, and I would get random dull pains in the front of my neck occasionally. My shirts were taking serious abuse because I was constantly pulling them down if they even touched my neck because I was so uncomfortable.My hair had also started to fall out (another symptom of thyroid problems) and I had to buy expensive hair growth shampoo and conditioner to try to stop my rapid hair loss. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars not 5 is because I have no way of knowing whether it's working. The taste is fine. I have absolutely NO complaints.

In a previous lab test, my iodine level was 23. That is a constant struggle and I have tried several products to help. In my last blood test, after taking this product for a few months, my iodine level was 127 and my doctor was very impressed!

This has given me more energy. The tastes takes some getting used to though. I use as directed in the evenings.

It is advertised as pure iodine with noting added, but no pictures verifying that. Get the product, seal busted and leaking as many others have commented. Also, it tasted sweet and I find out it has triple distilled water and glycerin (the sweet tasted) as shown as added. I can get twice the amount from other sellers at half the price on Amazon with basically the same ingredients. Also, it is listed as non-returnable. I am getting my money back with a phone call with the busted seal and leaks.
