Urban Leather Fashion Lederjacke – Sylvia

I ordered the medium in this jacket and it was too small, but the quality and jacket was lovely, so I returned and ordered a Large - this was also too small, I am usually a 12/14, so I returned, but I also noted with this jacket, it was packaged differently to the first one I received, it had different features, the leather was of significantly poorer quality and it had an unpleasant odour. If I could feel confident I would receive a jacket of the quality of the first one I ordered I would order an XL, but the second jacket I received has put me off, so I will wait now until I can see an item in a shop. The company was very good with returns and refunds, very prompt, so I would give 5 stars on their service, but I have given 2 stars for their item.
