Expensive ... But well worth it for all Wishbone Ash fans
Wishbone Ash has always been my favorite band. I already have all their cd's, dvd's and records. What sold me on this box set was the inclusion of their unreleased live recordings and autographed pictures of the band. I am glad that all the original members of the band could work through their differences to put this set together, and I will continue to support both Andy's and Martin's bands. It's all about the music!! So if you are a lifelong Wishbone Ash fan like I am you need to own this box set!

It is the holy Grail for Wishbone Ash fans!
If you are a fan of Wishbone Ash (and why wouldn't you be?!) this is the holy grail! It not only has all the original releases from the ere with bonus tracks, but also contains 15 or so previously unreleased live shows, a lengthy hard bound book, a poster book, a reproduction of the record labels press packet, signed photos by the band members and a 45rpm of a Japanese release. It is a dream come true for Wishbone Ash fans!!

Impressive Boxset - Excellent Remastered Sound
Arrived on time of release date. It's a heavy one. Impressive hardcover book. So far, I have listened to the first disc - Wishbone Ash from 1970 with bonus tracks and am impressed with the remastered sound quality, so far. The outer box is very sturdy, made with thick cardboard and the 27 paper sleeves are well protected inside by dense foam padded compartments. I think this boxset is well worth the price.

Stunning!
With the POSSIBLE exception of Earth's natural beauty, this box set is THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!PS: "Raw to the Bone" is STILL a putrid record, and "Twin Barrels Burning" ALMOST stinks.

No signed photo of Andy Powell in either of 2 sealed sets ordered from Amazon.ca
I have ordered two of these sets from Amazon and both of them come sealed and incomplete:there is no signed photo of Andy Powell in either and in the un-boxing video from the makers of the box set you clearly see his signed photo...anyone else have this?Otherwise the box set gets 5 stars as it is incredible and as an ASH fan you will be blown away by it!
