Really awesome! I have a few different workout vests but really like these ones with the blue material on the inside. It's comfortable but definitely makes you sweat in the areas in covers more than normal. It's easy to pull on and take off, and very durable overall. I like that it has spandex at the bottom to keep it secure on the waste when wearing under a shirt. Definitely a great value and will likely buy more as it's the best one I now own. Make sure to drink extra water when using it!

Fits properly and seems to work well in my workouts. Only reason for a 4 vs 5 stare is it is early days so unsure about the help in loosing stomach fat. But, the extra firm hold certainly helps in the workouts.

I first got these about three years ago for the gym. I’ve noticed they really make you sweat something fierce. Only thing I’d recommend is washing in cold setting and turn them inside out to hang dry if you want them to last.
