Excellent Product! I bought 4 of them
I purchased four of these, in four different colors for my kids. They are fantastic. I also purchased the Diaz Sport Tactical Hydration Pack for myself and ended up returning it because it broke after 2nd use. These are far superior for numerous reasons. First, it has many compartments to store things in. Too many, really, (the other only had two) but you can leave them empty if you don't like that. These are very well made. The nylon fabric is heavy duty. It has a reflective compartment for the bladder which keeps water cold for several hours if you put ice in it. The opening is large enough to easily put in ice cubes for keeping things chill. Also, the best thing about this one is that the bladder opening is designed correctly. It has firm plastic on both the inside and outside of the bladder. The bladder material is very well sealed in between the rigid plastic on both sides. So when you fill it up, your are putting pressure on rigid plastic and not the flexible bladder material. This is important because the other one was only attached to the outer surface of the bladder and it failed quickly. I would expect these to hold up for many, many uses. The reason I bought the other for myself is that it held a little more water, 3L v 2.5L. Not a big difference. But, the quality of the two is a HUGE difference. I read reviews for both, and the Diaz seemed to be very comparable to the RUPUMPACK. It is NOT. AT ALL. If you are comparing the two like I did, go with the RUPUMPACK. It is a far better product in every way.

Hydration pack defective
I bought this pack for a rim to rim hike of the Grand Canyon. I had used it for a trial run a few times before the trip and had some trouble with drawing water through the hose but after some adjustments, I could get it to work. Not on the big day. I filled the night before and made sure it was working. Less than a mile in when I tried to use it, nothing. I wasted valuable time trying everything (reconnected the hose, adjusting inside pack, air pressure) nothing worked. I spent my entire 24.9 mile hike with nothing but 2 20oz water bottles that I had brought for Gatorade. Complete waste of money and extremely dangerous if relying on for water.

Holds tight and quality matches your osprey bags imo
Went on a pack run. Filled the camel back full. Put two different types of bottles on the sides. Strapped the hip belt and chest strap. And ran. No water bottles fell out and the camel back did not leak. The hip straps and the design of the bag was perfect. It held tight against my body. However, the"phone"holder on the hip straps are really small. Can fit my s10e in there.. Barely. So forget about using it with headphones plugged in. And it just didn't feel right running with it there. Felt long term it would get damaged or sweat might seap in. A minor issue as I've bought an awesome arm strap, after buying 3 of course. But this bag is great, very happy. And that price x quality... Those 100 dollar plus bags that people get..lol. I like this one. I feel the same quality. However, forgot... No separate hole for the camel back straw. Very minor inconvenience... And I'm picky. Buy it

Women Be Aware
Waned to update. I sat down with the pack and removed the water tube clip. I was able to adjust the chest strap up about an inch, and the reattached the water tube clip. It did improve the feel of the pack, but I’ve yet to load it and actually carry anything in it. I’m trying to love it.I love everything about this pack except for the chest strap. The chest strap goes across the fullest part of the chest. Looks bad and is uncomfortable for me. I will keep it and give it to a guy in the family. And now have to search for a more female friendly chest strap.

Good backpack design, but poor quality side pockets
I used this backpack for the first time since buying it and within the first few miles of my hiking trip the mesh pockets on the outside had already started to fall apart. This was disappointing since I had only gotten things out of the pockets a few times and they weren’t anything that could tear the pockets alone.I did love all the pockets and added features, just wish it was better quality

Seams coming apart after two uses.
*Update* Customer service was awesome and sent me a new backpack within a week of my review! Once I have had a chance to use the pack several times I will update again and give 5 stars. The design of the backpack is perfect, lots of well thought out compartments and the insulated pouch stays cold for several hours (I went on a 5 hour hike, no shade, in 85 degree weather and everything stayed cold just from the ice I put in the bladder).I am so bummed the seams on the shoulder straps are coming apart, which is making the padding for the shoulders shift and become uncomfortable, after only two uses. The compartments on this pack are wonderful, however, if the shoulder padding comes out and seams are ripping I can't really use it for long periods of time, especially during long hikes when I need a sturdy and comfortable pack. And of course I missed the return date by two days. I am hoping the seller will have good customer service and replace my pack. I will update if that happens.

Love all the pockets, chest strap may not be ideal for smaller females
Roomy but not too big, lots of pockets. I am very excited about the insulated pouch. I like to take a lunch along for long hikes now I can keep fruit cold. Probably not a good bag for small females I have a largish bust (38C/160lbs) and had to cinch the chest strap to the smallest available to get it to fit snug so smaller female may want to look at a diff bag if you want to chest strap to be tight.
