I had this at 5 stars when I first started using it at the end of July. I had to bump it down, though, because it's starting to rip apart after 2.5 months of use. (It's mid October now.)I use this at a sit/stand desk at work and stand on it 2-4 hours per day. When not in use, I slide it forward so that it's under my feet when sitting in a chair.Maybe it's the tennis shoes I wear that grip the bumps around my heels too much, or maybe I shift around too much while standing. I don't know, but the bumps are coming off at a faster rate these days. Three today alone. :(The mat IS comfortable and I WOULDN'T be able to utilize the standing desk without it! But I'm going to need to replace it soon if this continues... I did a good bit if comparison shopping before buying this one but might need to go with a completely flat model next time.

I would have preferred a larger mat, but I had a very small space to work with. Very nice mat that works well with or without shoes. Would recommend.

I have two bulging disc in my lower back. I use this mat to stand on the risers at chorus rehearsal. We are standing for over 3 hours and normally my back and legs are aching at the end of the night. But, not anymore! This mat has made all the difference in the world. And it fits perfectly on the riser, with no overhang.

Ordered a stand/sit desk for the office. It was useless until I ordered this mat. What a lifesaver! I can now stand most of the day. Extremely comfortable with or without shoes.

This is a great mat for a standing desk. I work from home and stand on this mat generally 4 hours a day. It stays put on my wood floor and feels squishy under my feet. I find the pattern on the mat is also pleasant feeling on my feet. I should mention that I generally stand barefoot and have a BMI around 40.

After one week of use the benefits are already paying off. I work as a desk nurse and I was tired of sitting down all day so I bought a sit/ stand desk. I did try to go without a fatigue mat but after day four my feet started to ache. This mat stopped the ache. It’s the rig he size for my area. Big enough for both feet. Small enough to put away too. I highly recommend it!
