Quality of leather is not good and stitching is very bad total lost of money

The media could not be loaded. After use for quite some time, I can say with surity that heel of hush puppies' shoes is worse than any shoe can have. This happened when my colleage saw n at the same time , i felt, my shoe heel falling off , n it was not only embarrassing but at the same time a trust deficit creating situation between me n the so called polished brand. It broke like an ordinary shoes. This is not all, my wife bought me a new pair of Hush puppies shoes from City walk mall, n after 2 months of use its sole started breaking off, i complained and wrote mails to company but they passive- aggressively turned down my complaint saying that warranty period is for three months and itz more than 3 months from purchase date n refused to replace the pair i bought for 7000 bucks. My question is simple, if they hang big posters of their shoes claiming quality and durability, how do they differ from ordinary leather shoes which look same and last better , i guess?

This product is really very good from Amazon and price is also less than the market price. I will recommend this shoes who want to have comfortable leather shoes.

Hush puppies is known for its comfort and durability. I received the product as brand new. Don't know why many customers said they have got used product. Anyways... I ordered UK7 size for my dad. He is extremely happy with the product especially the comfort. Wish I could find same pair for my size i.e. UK6. Overall product is best deal @1499

It didn't fit and I have to return it. Return pick up was scheduled on 2/8/22, but no one came to pickup, instead courier company informed that original packaging box not available, so didn't pickup. I have original box with shoes in new condition. I haven't used it. Fact is no courier company has come to pick up and wrong information has been submitted. Very disappointed.

Cracks appeared on top after 7 or 8 times I wore it.......sending the defected items when purchased on discount.....disappointing

Its classy finished wise. Very comfortable. Thanks to Amazon it was on time delivery... packing was good.

Just got the shoes.Looks good but the year of manufacture is 2019, shoe purchased in 2022. Also one of the shoes has the letter P missing in the hush puppies. logo. I have yet to use it so can't comment on durability. We are paying for a premium brand, hence expect it to be a new one not 3 years old. Also old shoes tend to crack around the sole and would not be reliable.Manufacturing date should be made mandatory while soliciting customers.I am writing this part in 2024 JanuaryHardly used 15 times that too travelling in Car mainly for weddings only.Got a shock as the heel broke off suddenly and on using found that the sole was also cracked . From top view shoe looks brand new. Very poor quality product from Bata which is the parent company of Hush Puppies a premium brand.Highly disappointed with this product. Embarrassing as it happened at a wedding without suddenly. This may happen in some cheap brand no one would dream of this happening with a premium brand if you can call this one.Guys stay away from this brand.
