this company has wonderful customer service. my vacuum appeared to be refurbished as it was not factory sealed and there were marks on some of the parts. i contacted the company and they offered to send a new vacuum and said to keep the one i’d been sent. instead of doing that, they reimbursed me for the total price and again told me to keep the one i’d been sent.not only was i totally satisfied with the outcome, customer service answered all of my queries quickly and were so responsive. a rarity these days! they were very easy to deal with, and very decent.as the vacuum is in working condition, i can tell you that it’s great. i’m surprised at how long the battery lasts and the suction is good. i have a small apartment so it’s perfect. i’ve vacuumed the whole apt twice and the battery is still showing a blue charge. the vacuum is also a lovely shade of red. hangs up beautifully on the inside door of a closet. i love that i can detach the battery and charge it separately as i’ve no outlet near the closet where it’s stored. and i love that it’s so light. much lighter than the dyson model that i’ve tried. and you don’t have to keep your finger on the on-switch. phew! the high power on this model is very impressive. overall, i’m very pleased with this company and with the vacuum. buy it, you won’t regret it. and if there’s any problems with your vacuum, you can rest assured that this company will make it right.

You get what you pay for. Everyone was saying they can clean their whole house with this thing, that can not be possible. It barely sucks up litter or cat food crumbs (which I've been reduced to doing only since it doesn't actually have the power to clean a whole house). Ive used it about 8 times and today the rotating brush stopped working rendering it completely useless. It will not suck up anything. When I tried to suck litter strayed from the litterbox on the carpet I had to hold the pole up straight, upside down so the litter would fall into the canister, or else it just falls back out when u shut the power off. Please do not bargain hunt on a product that makes everyday household chores 100% easier, because this has made it 100% more stressful and added work.

Assembles easily. Skip the instructions as they provide information you don't need to get started. Did a good job on tile floors and an ok job on an area rug with low pile. Worked well for cleaning up grandchild crumbs. It is quiet compared to my Oreck even on the high setting. The crevice tool did not fit tightly, but the others did. The vacuum is strong enough when using the rotary brush attachment that it picked up all the debris at the edge of a wall or cabinet.

The media could not be loaded.  This vacuum cleaner is a very good substitute for those more expensive one. It is easy to put together and light weight. My daughter who is almost 4 years old was able to help us clean the carpet with this vacuum cleaner easily. Also, it is pretty powerful and two speeds allow to conserve power. It caught our two cats' hair efficiently. I like the fact that it is very agile. The filter is washable and it comes with a few accessories that make cleaning easier.

Pretty good suction, battery life, light weight. The bad: Very quickly clogs its filter, thus severely limiting suctioning. More bad: To empty canister and clear filters you must completely disassemble the sweeper!’ It’s too late or I would return this item.

Looks exactly like the picture. Does a fantastic job! Suction is better than the compact Bissell I had before it. If you don't empty/clean it out, it will lose suction but that's with any vacuum. Emptying and cleaning the filters is a breeze.This vacuum is perfect for vacuuming hardwood/tile floors as the air does not blow dirt around like the average vacuum (since this motor is at the top). I charge it when not in use, no problem with running out. Does well on my carpet but it is not a fluffy carpet which probably helps.Changing to handheld is super easy and convenient. The mount is easy to install and holds well.No complaints here. Additional attachments could be helpful but still very nice vacuum with quality as well.

Nice broduct design and look. But the suction is really weak.

Lightweight, easy to turn on, but difficult to empty. Also could not suck up even cat litter though. Not worth the money.
