I'm a huge fan of this lady and her books. Not only are all the pages on individual pages, none are double page printed so you can use felt tips, colouring pencils and gel pens - you don't have to worry about it going through but I strongly recommand you buy card to go behind each page. I have been searching for a few months now, after originally thinking her books weren't on amazon, was delighted to find out they were.I have 4 of her books including the Christmas one which I love.

Bought this last year as a gift, this year it's all mine! Also ordered 2 more for stocking fillers. The pictures are some of the best, most versatile I've seen and would be suitable for children and adults alike. Lots of geometric designs on winter gloves/ stockings/ decorations/ trees/ baubles which makes for interesting use of pattern/colour, and includes some pictures of figures including reindeer and pets too.If you love Thaneeya's other books, you'll love this too.

The media could not be loaded. This coloring book is a set of 32 designs that are wonderful and put me in the festive and holiday spirit. It is one of the books in the “Coloring is Fun” series by Thaneeya McArdle. I love that the designs are so varied – there are Santas, snowflakes, reindeer, Christmas trees, elves, cats, dogs, owls, and so much more!In addition to the designs, the artist has included lessons in drawing, patterning, color techniques, color combinations and media (including shading) as well as basic color theory at the front of the book, along with some great color examples (some of which I will show in my attached photos and video.) The lessons are generic to the line but the samples are specific to this book. It seems like a great book for trying these techniques. There are so many curves that all of the techniques could be learned and utilized on every design.The pages are white and are perforated for easy removal. The designs are printed on one side only with holiday and inspiration quotes on the back side. The quotes range from Helen Keller to Dr. Seuss. There are many excerpts from holidays songs and movies which are really fun to read. Below the quotes are lines which the colorist can use to journal their own thoughts and feelings.All of my markers and gel pens wick through these pages. If I use either of them, I will put a piece of thicker paper or freezer paper under the page I am working on to keep the following page from getting ink on it.

Design Originals is one of my favorite publishers of adult style coloring books. Christmas Coloring Book (Coloring is Fun ) by author Thaneeya McArdle Is just that Christmas Fun.The designs whimsical designs remind me of Christmastime long ago , where spent winter break coloring and admiring our tree. The designs are more detailed in this book and, I may not be laying down on our floor these days, however I am still admiring our tree as I color.Features of this book I like:« 5 pages of instructions/tutorials« 10 full page examples of finished pages. Each of 10 are included full-size to color« 32 designs that are detailed full page design's without cramping , or running into the margins.« one side designs with only quotes on the back« Good paper quality, that is perforated.« Designs are traditional themes with twist to the fine detailsReminders, trees, candles, ornaments, Santa, elves angels, Gingerbread to name a few.My overall take away is this is a really fun Christmas book for young or the young at heart. I would give it my highest recommendation.

First Christmas themed coloring book I have found that is both entertaining and surprisingly beautiful. The images are lovely to look at and make you want to add color to them. You can really add neat designs into the images thanks to all the details.
