The directions were very clear and easy to follow, and the process itself didn’t take long. After one full descaling cycle, I could immediately tell a difference. This stuff works and helps remove the scaling that comes from regular use in an area with hard or mineralized water. Use as the directing say because its strong stuff.

I does the same thing as Kuerig branded descaler, but for less money. It cleaned my coffee maker, and will last a while since its 2 bottles, each with 2 uses.
