I have itchy back!!! Use bamboo back scratcher which were great but then found those telescoping metal scratcher that were reasonable, purchased a set, had on in my LR, on tin my car, and my purse , Well, they are not as gratifying as the bamboo scratcher. The also do not last. . This ebony one one is beautiful, seems sturdy , gives a satisfying scratch when I have that itch worth the extra price. I have it sitting on my chair in the LR. I still have 2 bamboo ones in my bedroom.

This seems like it will work just fine and has a nice edge to it. It does not splinter and feels good in the hand. It does not hurt but at the same time feels like it is actually scratching the itch not just rubbing on it like some back scratchers do. I would definitely buy this for stocking stuffers or nice inexpensive gifts.

I wanted a special back scratcher for my husband as a gift. I searched for days and found this beautiful hand made one. It truly exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love everything about this. It's beauty and functionality. Of course I had to try it! OH WOW. Beats my popular metal one. A gift box would be nice, but not necessary. So pleased. Would order again.

The best thing about this is that it relieves the itch without allowing me to tear the skin, as I do with my fingernails. I thought my back was itchy all the time, but I use this just 2-3 times a week, in the middle where I can no longer reach. I wish I'd bought a lightweight backscratcher 3 years ago.

I have used many, with great delight, a pair of bamboo back scratchers for several years. Finally, my dog managed to find one on the floor and treated it like a bone. I ordered two more just recently and they arrived today. I put them through their paces and they are great. I read some reviews that stated the wood was rough and might even give you splinters. I did not find this to be the case at all. They were finished well and were surprisingly thick.

This is Absolutely , by far , The Best Back-Scratcher that I , personally , have ever used ... Back in the Days, Growing up I have seen a lot of people use some very Strange Objects to scratch their backs including the edge of walls ... My Grand-Mother had a Beautifully carved Solid-Wood Back scratcher very Similar to this one ☝️ and she Dared Anyone to move it without permission, and if needed to scratch an itch , had Better return it Or Else ... Now using This very Similar Back Scratcher , I Really understand Why ... This is Very Well Made and I have bought quite a few to hang in needed locations around my house , also in my Vehicles and to pack up in my Luggage 🧳 to accompany me on trips ... This is IMO A 5 Star ⭐️ Purchase ideally used for the purpose of what it is meant for ...

Probably the best thing I ever bought on Amazon. It looks great, feels great, and does the job I bought it for. I would buy it again.

But I love it. And for some reason my cats go nuts for it. I use it mostly as a cat toy. My one kitten loves to play with it then sleep on it. She is still discovering her new surroundings with her mouth.
