TOMS Women's Ella Boot

The shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I usually wear an 8-8.5, but I had to go up to 9 with TOMS. The return and replace process is so smooth and easy that it wasn't an issue.

Love these boots. Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect shade of taupe, casual yet can be dressed up. Comfortable enough for everyday wear. They will probably take a little breaking in but was expecting that with real leather or suede. Would recommend going half a size up especially if you want to where with chunky socks this winter.

So I have been looking for cute simple booties to use for work and for on the go, and I had my eye on these for a while but all the reviews recommended to get a size bigger. I’m a 5.5 Women’s and 3.5 kids for Toms, I went into a shoe section in a store that had them for more $$, tried 5.5 and nope. Go for the bigger size it will fit perfectly if you like to wear thick socks like me especially for winter or NYC weather.P.s I work in a stock room that’s why they are dirty lol

Great shoes! This is my first pair of Toms and I have to say I will be a returning customer. I purchased these for a trip to NYC. I knew I was going to be walking around all day and wanted a comfortable bootie. Unfortunately the shoes were delayed with shipping and i didn’t receive until the day before my trip. I was afraid to wear these because they were not worn in at all. BUT- I gave them a try and these were so comfortable- all day long- no issues whatsoever. I normally wear an 8, ordered a 8.5 and they fit great (I wore two pairs of socks with them)

The combo is perfect. The taupe and silver go with everything. I do agree with the other reviewer (whose advice I took) and ordered 1/2 size up to compensate for thicker socks. 1/2 size up from my normal size fit very well.

The shoes are beautiful but I ended up returning them because there was absolutely no traction on the bottom which I find worrisome for a fall/winter boot.

Love, love, love these boots. I ordered a 9, a half size bigger than my usual size and it was the right call. They felt a tad big when I put them on, so I tried inserts, but those made them uncomfortably right. I've been wearing them for the past three days and I love them more and more!

These boots fit well - I usually wear a 10M, ordered a 10M, and they fit perfectly! They look great and are comfortable. I don't need to wear shoes like this daily but plan to take when I travel and need comfortable good-looking shoes.Plus I love the fact that for every purchase Toms gives a pair of shoes to those in need.
