I would size down a size smaller as this runs large across the chest area (and I'm a DD). Additionally, I really wish that the print of the fabric was on both sides of the ties of the shirt because when you tie it, you see the white underneath. Lastly, do not wear this if you are planning on being in hot weather or have hot flashes; it is not breathable and makes you hotter.
