EMBER NEVER LET ME DOWN...LOVE LOVE LOVE

I made mistake of buying three of these for the family ($600+ in total) and I might as well have burned six $100 bills. Not only have they never worked reliably, I have wasted dozens of hours of my life unsuccessful trying to get them to connect and stay heated. Virtually no customer support, they publish volumes of troubleshooting tips on their website and point you to those but they none of them ever work because this is a product that bever should have been brought to market until they figured out a way for the product to actually do what they claim. Biggest waste of money and by far the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon in my entire life. Just absolutely terrible.

I gave this to my wife and she loves it. The only draw back is the battery life is shorter than desirable.

I got this for my father for Christmas as he has a long commute, he uses it everyday and says it performs consistently and keeps his coffee hot throughout the commute

This purchase was horrible. The Lid breaks in the closed position after a month of use. Talk to Amazon about it and they say I have to go to the seller. I go to the seller who tells me I have to go to Amazon because that’s where I bought it. All could’ve been resolved by sending a replacement lid, instead I’m going through the nightmare return process.

I love the product when I first received it. I personalized the LED lights to be my name and my phone number which is super cool. Then the second day using it I realize some issues:1. Battery life is extremely short. You can only use them on your desk and make sure your mug charger is there.2. The capacity is really small. 300ml? Not even enough to drink for a 30 min walk to the park.3. White color is impossible to clean. I used the mug for my morning supplements, which are in green color. The Mug lid is very green now both in and out.4. Easy to break!!! The lid stopped locking to remain open on the 3rd day. Oh, also make sure you don't place them on the mug charger while it's not 100% dry!I love the idea but this mug has bought me more trouble than actually enjoy it. I would like to get a refund.

Keeps my coffee hot when it’s cold out. It keeps it at the most perfect temperature. Great product.

All I wanted is for this travel mug to keep my coffee warm/hot. That is all I asked and the Ember was unable to get that done. I don’t think that was too much to ask for considering that was supposedly the purpose of this travel mug. Did I just get a dud!?I gave it several chances and the battery was always full when I filled the mug with coffee.I wouldn’t know if I am not doing it correctly because it did not come with any instructions.I rarely give low grades on products but I feel this one earned it. All I wanted was for it to keep a cup of coffee warm, it was unable to do that. :(
