Not what's advertised.
It suggested they are locking, which means the hood over the pin catch slides to lock the pin. These have plastic covers which do not move. They did do the job I wanted them for, but beware if using for nappies etc.

Great for holding crochet in place before stitching together

They do what they need to do, seem strong ...
They do what they need to do, seem strong enough though the plastic seems to make it quite hard to get the metal part out.
