I was looking for a gentle product that would help reduce the redness I get from time to time, due to mild rosacea. The ingredient list of this product is pretty impressive, so I knew it would not be likely to irritate my skin, but of course I hoped for more than that. I hoped it would do for me what it claims to do -- reduce redness and soothe the skin. Well, I've used it several times since purchasing it and other than a nice cooling effect from the aloe vera in the product, it has provided zero redness reduction. The feel of the product on my skin is a tad unpleasant, too -- tight, sticky. I have to admit I have grown accustomed to being disappointed by products designed to reduce redness, so Control Corrective Redness Relief Serum is not the only villain in my skin odyssey. But it definitely is not a product that I plan to repurchase, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it as a redness reducer for others.

Highly recommend. Reduces redness, softens skin and shrinks pores. Only a small amount is needed per application so bottle lasts. Well worth the money. Leaves skin with a bit of residue so I use at night before bed.
