This is our second Masterbuilt fryer. This time we went larger. Fried our first Turkey this Thanksgiving. Was delicious. Heated the oil in less than an hour, and fried a 15 lb turkey in an hour. Well worth the purchase. Be careful if you fry outside and it is windy. Our top ripped off (broke plastic pins) due to the wind after frying the turkey. Secure that top!

best product that I've purchased, for cooking turkeys , we did two 18 lbs. turkeys about 64 min ea. an easy to clean up . no open flame to worry about , do suggest to cook out in open air or your house will smell like fried turkey . I did mine in the garage..

I like it but not well insulated and struggles to hold temp after dropping in food. Basket walled need to be deeper to hold fries.

This is a perfect fryer for large items. Takes a while to get to temp but it's heating a lot of oil. Controls or actually could be a bit more clear on that they mean, but read the instructions and you can figure it out.

Really nice turkey fryer BUT only used it max 6 times in the 1 1/2 years since purchased and the heating element went out. It took months for me to find a place that sold the element. Aug of 2022 I ordered it and am still waiting for it to arrive so we can use the fryer. 9 months later and they have no idea when i will get it. So disappointed.

Im still leaning how to use it. I fried a hole chicken breast side up. The breast came out rubbery. I tried it again breast side down Perfection!!! I can't wait until Thanksgiving...

It’s not strong enough

In my opinion, this is better than the propane and burner set up. Sri the desired temperature, let it do its thing and it will beep when up to temperature. I’m happy with this purchase.
