Beautiful glowing fire
It had a chip when I received it as a gift. They immediately sent out a new one. I love all the colors for the flames. It is very quiet and can have heat or no heat. I ended up returning it because I wanted one that could be built into the wall. The heat would have been covered up.

It's ok
This product is beautiful at night and I love the table top feature. My only problem is the heater is loud and the glass was faded around the rim. It's not a clean black finish edge. Heat goes upwards so be careful with how close your tv is. This product is bulky and looks more like a 42in tv vs a fireplace.

Beautiful!
The fireplace is really sleek and modern looking with a LED screen. The flames are beautiful and can be adjusted to suit your mood. The heat blows from the top and is warm enough to heat a large room, ours is 37 X17. You can use either the remote and the side panel on the left for adjustments. We're putting this in an enclosed outdoor room.

It has a lot of great features such as the different colors of the flame. The ventilation system is so small and doesn't heat up a room, i can't set it to the timer preferences by touching it on the side panel or remote. I would return it but i don't want to look for a new one. It's just a good talking piece.

Beautiful and a great price!
Beautiful fireplace insert! Took it right out of the box and put it into our fireplace opening. Remote was easy to use and the different colors are fun to choose from.

Love it has a timer on it.
We bought this to help keep our bedroom warm during cold winter nights. I was a great price for the size and the amount of heat it actually puts out.

HEATER DOES NOT WORK/HEAT
IT ARRIVED BROKEN- TREE INSIDE FIREPLACE IS CRACKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH- FIGURED NOT SOMETHING I CAN'T DEAL WITH- LEFT RUNNING WITH HEATER ON FOR 5 HOURS. DID NOT HEAT. PUT IN A ROOM THAT WAS HALF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IT SAID IT WOULD COVER. THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH PURCHASE. LOOKS PRETTY AND CAN RUN IN DIFFERENT COLOR MODES-BUT FOR $200 IF I WANTED SOMETHING TO JUST LOOK PRETTY I COULD OF FOUND A LOT OF BETTER ALTERNATIVES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- TOO BIG AND MUCH OF A PAIN TO EVEN TRY TO SEND BACK TO THIS COMPANY.
