Best handheld option so far
Pros- substantially better than any other handheld option I have tried so far (and I tried a lot of them).- no sloshing- no need to hold it (like a glove with a strap)- very easy to drink from- good amount of space in zippered compartment for key, snack, drivers license- can be worn left handed, right handed, in palm or on back of wrist (although not quite as comfortable that way)Cons- water warms up quickly because it is held against your palm- bottles have to be hand washed- velcro strap is not best qualityDespite these cons, this is now the only hydration solution I take on short to mid trail runs.I expect the velcro will stop working soon, but will MacGyver it to get some more miles out of it when the time comes

I really like this product
I really like this product. It is so easy to drink from and easy to carry. (I do have small hands and wrist.) As you drink your fluid the soft bottle gets lighter and easier to carry. The little storage pouch on it is small, only big enough for maybe your keys. If your are not used to carrying a water bottle while running it may seem a little uncomfortable at first. You may want to start with filling your bottle only half way and then increasing the volume as you become more comfortable with carrying it.

Works Great!
Pros: Feels great and is very comfortable. I often forget that I'm holding a water bottle while running. Great storage pocket for gels/keys/etc. that is easy to access. Soft flask does not leak and is very easy to get water from. Materials are also top quality. This unit is in the upper price range (at $45) for a water bottle holder, but it includes the flask and is a very good unit. Despite the higher price, I'd recommend it over any other handheld water hydration set. I'll be using this on every one of my runs/jogs and more!Cons: Strap is a little short, though functional for me, others with larger wrists may find the strap to be too short. The hook part of the Velcro is exposed, which may catch on your clothing at times while running (I ended up cutting a small piece of felt and stuck it to the exposed Velcro so that it wouldn't catch on my jacket while running. Looks and functions perfectly now and doesn't snag).

Unique design, REALLY works well!
Updated 10/19 - still great, still no leakage.Updated 8/17 -- a year later, still going strong. No leakage around cap at all. Very happy.= = = = = =So far, love it. No leaking. Holds a full 18 oz. Very important in Texas where it's 100+ right now and I run on a trail with zero shade. Not kidding. -Nothin' but power lines and sun overhead. And hawks.I wondered about this design, but I'm glad I made the jump. Super-comfortable, zero sloshing regardless of water level. With traditional bottles, my fingers/hand would get crampy from having to hold on firmly all the time, and it didn't feel right when I switched it to my non-dominant hand. Plus sloshing makes me nuts, and I don't like the hydration belt style because I already have a minimalist beltpack for my phone and ID that I don't want to change. This soft flask fits my hand very comfortably -- you really don't "grab" the flask at all, it just kinda lies comfortably in your grip. Your forearm actually does most of the work, not that much work is really required because even when full this whole setup is quite light.I'm right-handed and carry it in my right hand, but I never feel the need to switch hands at all, unlike my old bottle. That said, this design works equally well for left- or right-handed folks. The velcro strap also can be snugged-up on the fly so that the fit stays snug even as the water volume decreases as you drink.Highly, highly recommended. I'm thinking about getting a backup in case they discontinue this model.

Very cool design
I've only used it once on a 5 mile run but so far it is pretty cool design wise.First thing I noticed is my small hands aren't too small to carry this bottle. Infact The design allows me to relax my hands like I have been taught. Not once did I find myself doing the single arm swing because I had something in my other hand.Still need to used it some more and see if it will work for longer distance with a backup bottle in my waste pocket. But so far I'm happy. Way better than my previous Nathan handheld that sloshed and was awkward if I needed to used my hand

Great for on-the-go
Great on-the-go water bottle. I would not have survived runs in Florida without it. It does get a little cumbersome on my wrist, but it is worth it to have hydration. Love the zip pocket for keys or gummies. There was a taste the first few times I used it, but it went away.

great in concept, but thats it.
Ordered this as I had read the reviews and researched online, seemed like the perfect solution for shorter run hydration. I was excited to try it, but after 1 mile my love for this product disappeared.1st) its not very comfortable on the hand, I overlooked that for the benefits I thought it had2nd) after you take a sip the hydration bladder shrinks (obviously) but it makes the strap that hold it on loosen to the point it slips off and you have the bladder flapping. I adjusted it and it happened again and again after each time I took a sip.3rd) the bladder is only held in by the wrist strap really, the fabric around it does not hold it in. I had the bladder fall out twice on one short run. After about 2 miles I ended up holding it in my hand as the frustration of having it strapped on was too much. Also the pouch that many reviews said was large enough to hold an iPhone 6 in a case and cash plus an ID, did not fit my iPhone uncased, ended up still using an arm band for the phone and ID.

I like it all
I like it all. I don't love the strap on this thing though... seems to not stay where I want it. I will say that I've used this on three half marathon length runs and really enjoy it.

this has been a brilliant addition to longer runs
this has been a brilliant addition to longer runs. Took a little bit to get used to having the extra weight on my hand but overall I found it comfortable, easy to fill and use, and the pocket comes in very handy.
