Birkenstock Women's Gizeh Sandals, 12 UK Wide

My first pair of birks but they are growing on me! At first they felt too stiff but I am really enjoying them now!

I have several pairs of the thong sandal and I love them. They are my favorite Birkenstock!

They look great and feel great.

Love them! Fit perfectly and very comfortable.

First let me start off by saying I love birkenstocks, probably have about 6-7 pairs of them. This also has nothing to do with the seller, the seller was fine. I have never purchased this particular style of birks, which I love the style. However, the thongy middle thing that goes between your toes was so painful! I tried wearing them around the house and couldn't even do that for more than a minute. Sadly, these were returned.

Love these, the are so comfortable and the tobacco coloured leather is the perfect distressed brown.

Birhkenstock Gizeh - awesome ! A size smaller might have been better, but these are good. Straps are correct length this time - great -they were a bit too loose last pair. Didn’t stop me wearing them & walking literally 100’s of miles in them, so bought leather ones this time & really happy. Soooo comfortable after perseverance. Wear them whenever possible - dream footwear ☀️😊

Usually take size 6 but had to have a 5 with these. This could, however, have to do with the fact that a lot of people have to buy a larger size because most shoes today are too narrow - in which case Birkenstock have it just right.Very, very impressed by exchange service. Indicated on website that I wanted an exchange. Had size 5s the following day - before I'd even posted the originals back. Excellent.

I love these. This is my second pair. I bought a 39 because that's what I bought before having tried them on in a shop. I usually take a UK 6.5 or 7. However, I'm not sure the Birkenstock size converter is right as it seems to say that 39 is a UK 5.5. It isn't.

Love the fit and feel, and the colour.Really good arch support and don't feel the need to do that clawing with your toes thing you need to do when you're walking around in normal rubber thongs.Look a bit more upmarket than just your average thong. Spent all day yesterday on my feet, walking around the city shopping and these were perfect.These will be my go to shoes for travel in hot climates. Going to Bali in a few weeks and these will be the only shoes I take with me.
