## Questions & Answers

**Q: What are the dimensions of the OSLO Chenille sofa?**
A: OSLO Chenille Sofa Sizes 1 Seater (80×80×80cm), 2 Seater (130×80×80cm), 3 Seater (180×80×80cm), and 4 Seater Corner (see dimensions image). All sizes feature a comfortable 54–55cm seat depth and 45–47cm seat height.

**Q: Will the sofa fit through my door?**
A: Yes, in most cases. Because the OSLO Chenille sofa arrives flat-packed in compact, boxed packaging and is assembled in the room, it fits through standard UK doorways and into tight hallways, flats and apartments far more easily than a pre-built couch

**Q: Is the OSLO suitable for compact living spaces?**
A: Yes. The OSLO Chenille range suits flats, apartments, bedrooms, and snug spaces. The 1 and 2 seater sizes are ideal for compact areas, while the 3 seater and corner options work well in larger living rooms and open-plan spaces.

**Q: Is assembly difficult?**
A: No. Assembly is quick and easy—simply screw on the legs and slot the backrest into place. All tools are included, and most customers can set up the sofa in minutes. Two people are recommended for larger sizes.

**Q: How firm are the cushions?**
A: The OSLO Chenille sofa has medium-firm cushions that offer supportive, comfortable seating. Some customers find them firm initially; like most upholstered sofas, the cushions soften slightly with regular use.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the money

If you want a sofa that is big enough for 2 average size people to sit on this is the one compact but great size comfortable and looks good i went for charcoal it's not to dark would I buy it again yes

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good

Ideal for what I needed. Very easy to assemble and put in place on my own. Not very soft but didn’t expect it to be so covered it with a thick soft throw which was my plan all along

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's surprising the quality given the price...
*by K***D on 8 August 2021*

Considering the price this sofa actually surprised me. As soon as it arrived we had it out of the box and were sat on it within minutes. The box it arrived in was a little deceptive to the point I asked the delivery guy where the other box is. The box appeared quite small for a sofa to be contained within it. However, the box was quickly opened the main structure removed, followed by the back and the back connected within a few short minutes and ready for use. My favourite aspect about this sofa is the cushions. The cushions are very comfortable, not too soft and yet not hard. They are seperate and not stitched / moulded onto the rest of the sofa, like many similar products are. The cushions are connected to the sofa with velcros (hook and loop) to stop them sliding around. they are removeable so the covers can be washed, changed, replaced and even the sponge can be renewed when the time comes. The overall quality of this sofa is very good, with good quality upholstery. Sadly for a different seller, I am very happy to have bought this sofa rather than my other choice which is supplied by a different seller as I wasn't too keen in seeing another order being held in a courier's warehouse for six days before delivery. It was only for that reason nthat I chose to buy this and apart from the good quality sofa the seller's service is also excellent so the good customer service added to the overall experience from ordering through to use. I am recommending this sofa as it is very simple to assemble, one person can manage it as only the back and legs need to be attached. It is good quality with a wooden frame, a good quality upholstery and removeable cushions. Therefore, given all considerations, I have no negatives with this product so it is good value.
