Not only is this product awesome and perfect for my outdoor fire pit, but when there was an issue with a defect on the unit I received, Titan Distributors was extremely helpful and understanding. With a little due process to show them what the issue was (sent some photos) they immediately took care of it by sending out a replacement. I am very pleased that I purchased this grate (which works superbly for my purpose) from a worthy seller. Thank you TD for standing behind your products and being fair and reasonable to work with. I will be looking at the rest of your items for sale and will refer you to others who "Oooh" and "Ahhh" over my fire pit grate.

We purchased this fire grate to put in our new fire pit. Within less than a week it was covered in bright orange rust. We have used it ONCE. It has rained hard a few times, but I certainly did not expect that it would be so rusty within a matter of days. I am really disappointed.I contacted the seller and was told that this is to be expected because it is steel. I can return it but there could be a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping a large and heavy object back. I now plan to research how to remove rust and what type of flame resistant Rustoleum product could protect it. Seems like a lot of work for an essentially brand new grate! It would have been nice to know that this would happen, and I think the company should have coated it or warned consumers about this rust issue. It is an eyesore now.

This is the second firepit grate that I have purchased from this seller. The first was a 28" wagon wheel, which didn't hold up well. Two of the center welds failed within 3 months of use. Possibly due to numerous hot fires (metal turned red in places) and large pieces of heavy wood being added. It still works Ok, but given away, as it was too small anyway. This time I purchased the 32" wagon wheel that fits better within my firepit. So far it's holding up as expected. Hopefully, it will last for years.

I do like the fact that this is a very sturdy grate. It was great right out of the box. I’m saying that, though, I would’ve assumed it was a metal that didn’t rust. It rusted after the first rain. Considering this is used in a fire pit, I’m disappointed in its overall appearance.

Ordered this for our new fire pit and we love it. Perfect size and is very well made.

It looks great in the fire pit and helps create a beautiful fire with proper air flow. Worth the money

Hardcore, this thing will survive the apocalypse; very well suited for the purpose, fits well into my existing fire pit.

Heavy but manageable and perfect for our fire pit. Plenty of bars/spikes to hold the firewood. We love it.
