A great kitchen thermometer.
Really great for measuring the temperature of cooled, boiled water to make up Formula for the baby and will also be handy for checking the joint is cooked at Christmas too. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to read and good value.

Great gift for a cook
I chose this as a present as I have one of mt own. It is robust and has a clear digital screen. I particularly like to use it when jam making aimimg for setting point temperature of 105C. It is also useful when p[oaching rhubarb at 64C so the fruit remains whole.

Works well, yes it does take a little while to get to a static temperature but not so long as it is a problem.

Food Probe Thermometer
An excellent product at a very low price. Does take a few seconds to give an accurate temperature of the food but for the cost its worth waiting about between 3 - 10 seconds. Thanks Amazon

Dissapointing
The item finally arrived Two days late.

Good waterproof thermometer.
Clear display and easy to use. I use mine for beer making, the sticky mash tends to ruin thermometers. Probe is waterproof and on a nice long lead. The alarm setting is very easy to set up and the alarm tone is reasonably loud.

Faulty goods
I received this item, and it didn't work. There was no power. Following Amazon's returns procedure, there was no option to get a replacement, so I have asked for a refund. I'll have to look elsewhere. A wasted week and still no thermometer.
