You can use it as much as you want! The bottle even says so!
The media could not be loaded. I've never had luck with nasal sprays until I tried Simply Saline. I a spray that was non habit forming and didn't have negative side effects, and I finally found it.Simple to use.Quite frankly put, it's incredibly simple to use.To use:1. Shake for 2 seconds.2. Squirt a one second birst into the air to sanitize the tip.3. Insert the tip of the bottle into your nose.4. When ready, press the trigger for 1 to 3 seconds while inhaling through your nose, with your mouth closed.5. Repeat on other nostril.Simple Ingredients.1. Purified Water.2. Sodium Chloride. (Salt)3. Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)No harmful ingredients!!!!After Use.After you get done using this, you may taste a slight saltwater taste in the back in the back of your throat. That should go away within a few seconds. Your nasal passages should feel more clear and sometimes you sense of smell will be better too. If your still feeling stuff, repeat the process over until you have relief.Use as often as you like.My favorite thing about this nasal spray is that I can use it as often as I like..... And I do! I use it when I first wake up in the morning to moisten my nasal passages from the dry air in my home. I keep a can in at work and use it throughout the day to clear my stuffy nose from the ridiculous amount of allergies we have in Texas. I use it periodically at home during the day if I'm doing a dusty project in the garage or mowing the lawn, and then I use it 2 times during the night when I get up to use the bathroom. I usually do a 2 second burst in each nostril and with that usage I just explained, a can of nasal mist last me about 3 weeks. Can be used for a full nasal flush.I dislike doing a full nasal flush, but there are times that you can't breathe at all and you find yourself having to. If you do a full nasal flush, do it over the sink! Basically large amounts of saline is going to go into one nostril and it's going it need to come out the other. You don't want that all over the floor, so do it over the sink or ***EXPERT TIP*** Perform a full nasal flush after a warm shower, while you are still in the shower, and let all the mist run down the shower drain.Final Advice. Do not share!I do not recommend ever sharing this with someone. Since the tip of this goes into someones nose, it can spread infection if the person is sick or contagious. If you want to share, then share a fresh sealed bottle of the 3 pack you purchased.PROS:• Simple to use.• No negative side effects.• Non addictive.• All natural ingredients.• Use as often as you like.• Can be used for nasal maintenance.• Can be used for a full nasal flush.CONS:NONE.To sum up this review, this is an amazing product in every way possible. The only way to improve this product would be to offer a larger bottle size. I have purchased it for a few years, and I will most likely continue to purchase this for the rest of my life. It is a 5 star product and I definitely recommend it.I have also included pictures and a video in this review.

A whole new world
The media could not be loaded. You’re probably thinking “ah it’s just saline solution, whatever.”Listen. My nose hates me.I have been tested extensively and the consensus is that I have seasonal allergies that have just decided to never leave ever again. I have inflamed tissue in my nose from excessive sneezing. I have no adenoids. I have no tonsils. I have been through the gauntlet when it comes to allergy meds and nasal sprays. My nose is determined to ruin my quality of life, unless I go under the knife AGAIN.But this right here? This is a game changer. I’d say it’s the best addition to your allergy regime you could ever have. I get up, I use this stuff, I blow my nose, and I go about my business. If I’m taking an allergy med at the same time? Doesn’t matter. This doesn’t interact negatively with anything. Spray in the morning and feel a flare up later? Do it again. One of the only products I’ve ever that says “Use as necessary” and is effective every single time. Need a full on flush because a couple sprays isn’t what you want? Boom, neti pot in a can, minus the choking anxiety. The nozzle is gentle. I literally tried to jab my inner nose with it. Unless you are going at hyper speed, or are super swollen, you’d have to be pretty determined and talented to hurt yourself with it. And the spray is a SPRAY. Not a jet of liquid up the nose that’s just going to hit one area and then slide down your throat. No, your nostril is going to get an even coat.Crazy easy to use. It’s compressed, and the button is not hard to push, and will literally not stop unless you let go. I can do it one handed. I highly recommend this , give it a go. You literally have nothing to lose.

Solved my seasonal stuffiness and reliance on oxymetazoline nasal sprays
Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Nasal Mist changed my life. I used to have a stuffy/clogged nose every fall, no matter what. Then I'd have to go through various OTC nasal sprays and decongestants, building a reliance on using these just to breathe. A colleague told me about H&M saline spray, and I asked my doctor the next day during a scheduled visit. He noted oxymetazoline-based nasal sprays like Afr!n cause a "rebound congestion" (his words) called rhinitis medicamentosa. You're basically stuck in a dependency cycle. He had great things to say about A&H.I tried it, and after a few days of getting over the hump of rebound congestion from other nasal sprays, it was smooth sailing. At first, I didn't see any difference. I had to use it several times a day just to get my body away from the dependency and return things to "normal". And now, just a habit of once in the morning and once at night. Litterally just a quick spritz. Seasonal congestion has never come back since starting to use this.Sometimes, if I can tell something is coming on and I want to ensure a clear nose before going to bed, I use the A&H "nighttime" formula, but rarely. One of those nighttime bottles has lasted me 6 months. It has just like a slight menthol-esque feel to it that seems to open up the nasal passages a bit longer.

Good Stuff
This is good stuff and works fine. Does not cause any issues with overuse etc. I did have an issue with the seller as this order I got was within a month of being out of date. The seller refunded my purchase price but seller reviews show this has happened to others. They claimed that they could not see the date on the cans but the three pack came as three individual cans and not in a three pack as shown. The sell by date was on the bottom of each can and clearly visible. Be careful who you buy this from on Amazon. I have used it for years without have any issues until this seller.
