This product came well packaged and speedy! It came 10 days earlier than advertised. The product itself was NEW and worked perfectly! The product was everything that I had hoped for and more. The price was the lowest. It was a better value than what I could find on ebay. Amazon has a better product at a better price than ebay! All of my purchases via Amazon has been quality products for good value. That can't be said for the same on ebay.

About my headline: I don't care. Like most Americans (I suspect) I don't want a Flagship phone, just a phone that performs the tasks of modern cell phones and does not require an engineering degree to maintain and operate. I am not grateful that the seller did not post the phone cell frequencies on their Amazon page. That is a major error in cell phone sellers which has caused me to buy several useless phones for use in my home area. The "International" model is an example of phones that do not function properly in the USA with AT&T on the East Coast. The J7 is functional and good looking. Had AT&T not installed all the usual "bloatware" on the phone it would be a very excellent cost value. This phone comes with Android 8.0 (Oreo) installed and during the first few days usage via my AT&T provider it updated to Android 9.0 (Android Pie) without any trouble. It amazes me that phone makers and cell network providers are taking so long to understand just how deeply Americans hate that "bloatware" they have installed on perfectly good phones.

I am very happy with this phone for the price I paid for it. It works perfectly, has plenty of memory and looks really nice. It has the a nice big screen and the camera takes great pics.

I have a Galaxy S7 which has served me well for a few years now. When my son's old Galaxy S3 (my previous old phone!) died, I got him this Galaxy J7 which to me, comparing to my current (still old) Galaxy S7, feels as good if not better. I don't feel any difference in speed, the J7 might even be faster, granted it's obviously also a newer model than my S7, nonetheless...... The J7 screen size is much larger, the price is only about $200, and it's factory unlocked. I think my old S7 was around $600 with a locked ATT contract when I bought it. My next phone will probably be this J7 or whatever the low price Samsung model will be at that time since the latest Samsung S model is somewhere in the $1,000 hemisphere! And that $1,000+ only buys me features I don't need and will never use, just need a phone to make calls/texts, get my email, take pictures/video, browse the web, listen to music, use the calendar, see the time, and add apps as necessary. The J model fulfills my requirements! And the J7 appears to be very popular, when I bought it on Amazon just a week ago, there was about 2 dozen available, now (3/12/2019) it's backordered for 1-2 months!

I've been struggling with a Galaxy 4 for a while but after tons of research took the plunge and bought this phone and boy am I glad I did. I feel like I've died and gone to heaven with fast loading speed, better tower reception and incredible battery life and all at a price I loved compared to $1,000. phones! Brought it to my AT&T phone center and they transferred all my apps and information to it with no fuss or muss. Wish I had bought it sooner.

This phone is 3G only and not compatible with the majority of the providers listed as compatible due to the providers retiring the 3G network. After putting my sim card in this phone, Cricket not only sent a message informing me that my phone was not able to be activated but also suspended my account so that I could not use my phone, even after putting my sim card back into my older model. I was forced to go through Cricket support to have my account restored before I could so much as make a phone call.

Item was as described. I took the time to read everything the seller wrote before I bought the item. Good buy!

condition is new without any sign of usage, well made and durable phone with lots of functions. Sometimes ,not very responsive while multitasking. Overall, I rate 4.2 out of 5 for this phone.
