I was very disappointed by this product and more importantly by the lack of service I received, which to be is an integral part of the purchase.I purchased two of these sets like I had done last year. However this time both of the black cartridges would not work in the printer, which is the same printer that the cartridges worked with last year.I decided to contact Amazon to inform them of my problem. After spending literally 15 minutes on the website looking for a phone number, I finally stumbled onto a place where I could be called back. Once on the phone the "customer service" representative immediately told me they could not help me as I had purchased the product from Tonerize. I disagreed saying I went onto Amazon's website, Amazon charged my credit card and the product arrived in an Amazon box. My point was, regardless of the third party agreement they have with another seller, I came to Amazon because I trusted THEM.Anyhow, getting nowhere with Amazon, I called Tonerize only to receive a recording that their Customer Service was closed (during a weekday) and to try back tomorrow. Dismayed, I tried to access their online "live chat" they mentioned on the phone recording. I could not find it on their site. Frustrated I left a msg and was assured by their recording they would call me back as soon as possible.That occured on Monday. On Wednesday I called Amazon back as I had not heard from Tonerize. I ran into the same lack of customer service. To top things off, as I explained by frustration, the rep hung up on me.I called Tonerize again and got a new recording saying their customer service was closed today, but please try back tomorrow. I left another voicemail and sent an e-mail.Finally a hour or so later I received an e-mail response from Tonerize, who to their credit took care of the situation by sending me new product.What is so frustrating is as a former customer service rep, I know the Amazon reps must have had the ability to do something - even being as insignificant as saying they would pass an e-mail onto Tonerize on my behalf. But, no, I received no help whatsover.This experience has seriously impacted my trust in Amazon and I will never shop with them again.

A great value & I have had no problems using these cartridges. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cartridges were shipped loose in foil packages and I didn't know which color each one was. I finally figured out that the part number on the package labels indicated the color. Also, there was no invoice included. Oh well, you get what you pay for, & like I said...a great value!

Wow. We have this old color laser printer and the cartridges are so expensive to buy from HP that I was looking for another source. I needed 3 of the four colors so I just purchased the 4 pack. Plugged them in and tested and they worked great. I do not know how long they will last. I will tell you that if you have a 1320C and the black prints very lightly, make sure your print config isn't set to the "toner saving" setting.

I read a little about folks having issues with the yellow not being compatible with their printers. Turns out, that was the color I ran out of. I held my breath when I put the cartridge in, but I have not had any problems. I will put the date on the cartridge to see how long it lasts. I don't use this printer much and I noticed that the last discount ink I bought for it did not last long. We shall see...

I have been using LD products Inc. Toner for my Dell 1320C laser print since the original toner cartridges ran dry ! They are less expensive and work justas good as dell branded ones do ! I bought these Toner cartridges begause they were cheaper than the LD products brand ones ! My Impressions are quality wise they appear to be as good as LD Products Brand but The Packaging is Nare bones on these BOwn Cardboard Boxes Other than that & minor Cosmetic differences ! I have no complaints so far !!!!

This is the second set of cartridges I've ordered from this seller. Super quality, toner lasts just as long as the Dell toner that costs $65 each! I got an entire set of four for half that price. I use my color laser to print on satin label stock for a touring artist, and the quality is better than many of the high-priced print shops I utilized in the past. This toner will save me thousands of dollars a year.

So far so good. Will see how long it lasts compared to original. Only used the yellow cartridge.so far. Great price and quick service.

Purchased this item and was given a office dell laser. Cartridges were not used for three years but when I started printing again with the1320c it never missed a beat. I am so satisfied with this product I just purchase two four packs. Printing and loving the copies!
