Chezmoi Collection Delaney 3-Piece Floral Patchwork Pre-Washed 100% Cotton Quilt Set, King

I probably looked at about 45-50 different bed sets for my new room. I literally exchanged the one that was “almost perfect”— to buy this one instead! Truly beautiful work. Genuinely 100% cotton. Which is honestly hard to find for less than $100+ these days. I’m super picky about colors & fabrics. The stitching appears to be quite sturdy. But just FYI: generally speaking, quilts are somewhat fragile & need to be carefully/seldom machine washed. I love this set so much! Matches exactly the vibe I was going for big decor plan.

I love that this "quilt" is large enough to cover my king bed. So many these days are too small. I wish it had batting to actually make it a quilt and give it some warmth. Also wish the blocks were smaller which would make it prettier. But these days it's all about making them as cheaply as possible. So giant blocks and no batting. The colors are lovely and I am grateful for the size.

This review is for "Delaney". The Delaney Quilt is actual patchwork squares sewn together and then hand quilted. For the money, the value is terrific. Check your bed size and be sure to add the drop on both sides and the end. The Queen fit my Queen mattresses beautifully but you might opt for a King if you've got a really high profile mattress.As for color of actual quilt versus photos... the photos show some muted orange, teals and reds and that's mostly what you get. Unfortunately, one red fabric was quite bright which means I must return. The wall colors are a colonial, autumnal orange and that one bright red just couldn't work. Overall, the colors of Delaney are -very- nice and all together worth a try. I briefly considered trying this quilt in another room it's so nice but money is tight at the moment.

While this is a beautiful color combination of muted boho/antique patchwork, the price would indicate a higher quality of design elements. For example, the cover is not wide enough to have any drop on the back side of the mattress. Also, the side flaps gap enough to show the sheets on the mattress. Worst of all, the bed skirt did not have slits to fit over the bottom of the bed where it attaches to the rails. I had to cut them and use iron-on seam tape. For right at $100, I should never have to do this. I hope the manufacturer will take note and address the design issues, and it would be REALLY great if they gave me a partial refund.

It works!

I had quite a few quilts home and returned. This quilt is the advertised size, it's super soft, washes nicely, and it's really really pretty! It is very thin, summer use. For us it is perfect in the winter with flannel sheets. If you want weight look elsewhere, if you want 100 percent cotton, well made, thinner and oh so pretty, grab this one!

Just as pictured. Ser my day bed up in my second living room for an extra bed and the comforter set is adorable

Love the texture and softness

Cautious at first paying that price for a knitted quilt but definitely worth it. It washes great and keeps it colour along with shape.
