We got this for our 3 month old daughter. The fabric is a little rough and the elastic is VERY tight. It barley fit her head, we feel the sizing runs a little small. She was a small baby so it should of been able to fit very well. The style and bow were adorable which drew up to purchase and it looks exactly as pictured.
