LiBa Shiatsu Neck Back Massager Pillow, Shiatsu Massager w/Heated Balls

I got this for my grandma for Christmas and she loved it, it’s a little bigger than I thought but works great! The massaging works really nicely and it’s warm! The only negative is the it is a bit hard to position in other places on your back, it’s easiest to get to lower back or neck area. Trying to massage the middle of your back is pretty hard.

I ordered this item to use it at home and save money I spend in massage parlor. Cost was reasonable and only paid once versus the repeated payment in parlors. But, when I started using it I found the balls a bit uncomfortable. Too big to lay or lean on for back and neck massage. Smaller and more balls would have made the massage smoother and more comfortable. I stopped using it in one week even though I needed more of its use. I had friends try it but they felt the same.

feels good but kind of awkward. I was hoping for something that would massage the neck and upper shoulder muscles. this not so much, but I did find if I sit in my office chair and start at my head and then every couple of minutes let it slide down I do get most of my back nicely massaged

There is not enough heat for my liking. The massage is a little tougher than expected. Neck did feel better after massage

I like the massage part a lot. The heat is really hard to tell if it is on or not.

I bought this for my dad and he loves it. The heat and massage have help his neck pain.

When I'm hungover and my neck hurts the morning after drinking, this saves my life. ALSO I have knee problems and put this under my knee or thigh and it radiates great vibration to my knee and is sooo soothing and relieving

i love this massager it really gets into the deep tissues of my shoulders and neck i also use it for relieving sciatic pain in my hip its also portable i use it in the car on the way home from work after a long day
