By the way, although I've heard that some of these ingredients may not be great, I've been using it for at least 5 yrs with no problems. I do not use it every day. Only when intimate and it is a huge help along with other things to help at my age (64).

Do you have to wear panty liners with these? In other words, does it ooze out during the day?

I found it depends; when I was using it every night, yes, it could ooze out. I have tried using it every other night, occasionally it will come out in a clump in the toilet in the morning that way. You will have to experiment to find out how often to use it, but you shouldn't need a panty liner. This is a much better way to deal with dryness than hormones.
