Getting older is no joke especially for a woman. This stuff helps moisturize so you can feel whole again without the discomfort we experience from getting older. You'll have to experiment with it on the dose to get it just right but once you find out what works for you, it does work. I've been able to get it down where I only need to use it once a week. Wonderful invention. Highly recommend it. Well worth money. Estrogen Free. Warning: if you're very dry down there, the first or second use will be very uncomfortable. Use a bit of regular KY jelly to lube yourself and put some on the applicator and it'll won't be as uncomfortable. Each successive use should be more easier to apply without any difficulty. Take care of yourself. Vaginal atrophy, which this does help, but not cure or reverse is not joke. VA causes all sorts of problem down there for women.

I’m in my 50’s & have gotten a bit ‘dry’ down there & s*x with my husband was uncomfortable. This improved my experience. I tried all of the lubricants that Walmart offered & none of them really helped. I think this worked the best for me. It’s not cheap but I feel is reasonably priced enough. I didn’t want to take any prescription/hormone medicines & a lot of the mail order ones just looked too expensive to me.

Dislike having to reuse applicator. Sorry Amazon will not allow me to order the individual tubes w/o a health license number. First time that has ever been requested.

It's a little uncomfortable reviewing an intimate product like this, but I hope my review will help other women who have the same issues I do. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breasts 11 years ago and had a double mastectomy, followed by a hysterectomy. It was important to have a hysterectomy because my kind of breast cancer "feeds" on estrogen, so it was necessary to reduce the estrogen in my body by as much as possible. The hysterectomy threw me right into menopause that was exacerbated by 10 years of estrogen-suppressing therapy I took after my diagnosis (Femara) to reduce the chance of the breast cancer recurring. The gynecological oncologist who did my hysterectomy told me to use Replens three nights a week before bed to prevent vaginal atrophy. Vaginal atrophy is where the lining of your vagina gets thinner and drier, which can cause itching, burning and pain during sex. I kept up the three nights per week use for less than a month. I didn't like dealing with sanitary napkins again and the fact that there was a discharge of Replens during the following day. However, after a few years of not using Replens, I started to have a considerable amount of vaginal discomfort. It felt like my skin was stretched, itchy and dry. I returned to using Replens, but I only use it one night per week and that completely resolves my symptoms. If you are in a similar situation, I highly recommend Replens.

Helpful. But my 2 cents: don't settle ... have a conversation with your OBGYN -- there's a lot of stuff they can prescribe or recommend that can change your life.
