I have no cartilage in either knee. I currently get Euflexxa shots in both,however, I still need support from time to time. These are about as good as your're going to get without forking out about $350 for medical grade knee braces. that's out the window since me and the missus have blown through all the flex spending money this year.These fit well, support well, and are not too hot to wear all day.

I bought this for my wife. She really likes the side support it provides. She wore the support during a trip to Disney World. Because of her Ehlers-Dalos Syndrome, her knee skin puffs out of the hole like a marshmallow which looks painful to others but wasn’t; just odd looking. After returning from Disney World, she sewed the knee hole closed and wears the support backwards (i.e., with the former hole turned to the back of the knee). While in Disney World she asked that I order a second Thirty48 so she could wash one and have a backup to wear (which I have since done). It would be nice to have the option of having the same support with no hole. But, sewing the hole closed and wearing it backwards works. She loves the support and wears it daily.

Very great for the price! I skateboard wearing it and and it works great, really little slippage when sized right but I did have to pull it back up every once and awhile (this was to be expected saying I was super active with it)I wasn't expecting even this much for the price some I personally was extremely happy. I like the idea of the metal flattened out springs in the sides, they really give extra support and I notice as soon as I put it on.they felt like extra ligaments if that could be imagined. The only thing I would suggest is if they can put A non-slid rubber of some sort in the top and bottom on the inside to keep it from sliding a little bit more .

I retuned this brace as it was very uncomfortable in the back of the knee when walking. It was also much smaller than expected - I went XL based on the guide (I usually wear a L knee brace), and it was certainly too tight. If you're not bothered by the bunching in the back of the knee, I'd recommend this as it gave pretty good support and was otherwise comfortable. Just be careful on sizing

was a bit doubtful when I first saw received these, as have been wearing ACE brand for years, but decided to try these when ACE totally restyled theirs, Have a knee that dislocates easily and arthritic!! These Support Braces are AWESOME!! super comfortable! and keep my knees fromslipping!!! They don t look like they can do all that but THEY DO!!!!

I had been using another brace for a few weeks after tearing a ligament in my knee. It wasn't helping much, so I bought this one based on the reviews. My leg felt better as soon as I put this one on. Considering that this is one of the lowest cost options, it is a great value. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that I'd prefer something that immobilized the joint better.

I have severe knee problems, including a partial ACL tear, tendonitis, arthritis, and joint hyperextension. I was looking to start working out again, but I needed a product that would help support my compromised knee. Ive had multiple braces from stores and from doctors, to no avail, and I decided to order several products off amazon. This was the first product that was both comfortable, gave full range of necessary motion, and provided the support I needed. It's been almost 2 weeks, and I've worked our every day with this product without any signs of strain (that''s a first for me).

I have chronic knee problems, and have had one surgery (trying to avoid another.) I wanted a knee brace that wasn't bulky, but still had firm support. This is about the 5th set I have ordered, and I have determined the open patella is what I need. Most other "streamlined" braces have a closed shape, which forces my kneecap into my knee at a weird angle. These knee braces don't do that, and they are PERFECT! They came shipped as a pair (as advertised) and came quickly. I will probably order another set in a few weeks as backup for when this set will wear out.
