Nice replacement door knobs. Easy installation.

We just bought a new house and it had the super tacky old brass doorknobs everywhere so we bought all new ones in the matte black. They look really good and for the most part, we’re easy to install. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that 2 of the locking mechanisms were bent so when we installed them, they didn’t work. Of course it was the first 2 we install so we didn’t know they weren’t supposed to look like that. I was able to straighten it out and reinstall them with no issues. So just the fact that they were not aligned properly and we had to reinstall them was frustrating but like I said, they were easy to install after it was fixed.They turn really easy. One thing I didn’t like- and it might just be that we couldn’t figure out any other way to do it- was the fact that the lock on the knob has to be vertical for it to be unlocked and horizontal to be locked. It’s just a preference thing for me so it’s not a huge deal but just something to make note of if you’re looking at getting these.

Needed to replace our old mismatched door handles in our hallway, ordered a pack of 5 and was not disappointed. Look and feel so great and smooth, and very affordable. Needed something that locked but didn't want to keep track of keys, these are great because you can just use a coin if you need to get in.

These door knobs were great. I bought, locking and non-locking from this company. They look really classy and changed the way my house looks. Black matte

Ordered 8 of these, all the boxes were unsealed, probably returns. The finish doesn't seem durable. I used a long thin round screwdriver to avoid rubbing the finish off the knob. The privacy/lock handles came with non-black screws, while the passage/closet knobs from the same maker came with black screws. The strike plate hole is too large and the door has too much give. I'll have to buy new strike plates with smaller holes or adjustable holes.

These were great for my DIY project of painting all my doors and switching hinges/doorknobs.

The length of the screws are too long to the proximity of the holes. And the screw head is too thick for the cover to slide over. Overall difficult to install and also the black paint scratches easily. Not worth it.

I put the product on the bathroom door. It does not lock properly. In fact, it doesn’t lock at all.

two of the locks malfunction, they lockup unexpectedly from time to time, and can only be opened using a tool from outside. I would not recommend these locks

They work good and look better, but they paint scratches off really easily. They were fairly easy to install, but they were a slightly different size Tham our old door knows, so some adjustment to the door had to be made. They are also a bit big for your hands, but other than that, they work great.
