Q: How do I get a refund for one that arrived broken?

Hi, dear customer, For the refund issue of the mask that arrived broken. Here are solutions for you: Solution.1 If only the stick falls off, the solution is simple: Since the stick is glued to the mask by hot melt adhesive, you can use a lighter to heat the hot melt adhesive and reattach it back to the mask when the hot melt adhesive melts. Press it for about 10 seconds, and then let it sit for a few minutes. Solution.2 If the bottom of the mask is damaged, please show a picture.Then we can transfer it to the warehouse arrange a new one or issued a full refund directly, no need return. It depends on you.
