I have been taking this for five years. I am 55 and have not had a single menopausal symptom. I just take one a day; nothing else. I feel great - energised, fit, no hot flushes, no tiredness or weight gain etc. Might be just coincidence and I'm lucky but I'm not taking any chances and will continue to take it for a bit longer....

After reading all the positive reviews, I really had high hopes of this product, didn't think I'd be on the unlucky end..but after second day use I notice that it made my throat feel tight, and my skin felt itchy and I had acne breakouts the next day.. I can say for certain the tightness was a side effect as I noticed that more immediately.I felt maybe my immune system did not react well to it, and maybe before taking these capsules as directed or even in low dosages one should build up their immune system.I thought I'd take a break and try again another time to take them as it could be the first reaction but the tightness in the throat felt more concerning to ignore, and I have also noticed a lump on my neck which I am not sure is related but it all seem to happen within 24 hours of taking it. This has made me question what is in them, or maybe I was just on the unlucky end.I have therefore be reimbursed for these. I would be cautious. I did alot of research before buying any Maca capsules but I have been on the unfortunate end in this case.

I noticed after a month using Maca that my Cycle has reverted to my former 28 day cycle. My cycle had shortened to 24 to 26 days over the past decade (I'm 33). Definitely feel like it is helping me heal, though some spotting or late periods are normal in the first few months taking this supplement.

As always, arrived promptly and well packaged, these have been great for relieving symptoms of pmt, which I've suffered terribly with for years and also for upping my libido. They have also given me a lovely curvy bum, I'd definitely recommend them, a great price and they last a while, will continue to order, many thanks.

I take this as part of a program of supplements to help me deal with the menopause. It seems to be working well and I have noticed better energy and a return of muscle mass
