I had swan dvr before but wanted my cameras to move elesewhere and to have better picture quality. This dvr is awesome for the price, came with all the bells and whistles. Picture quality is perfect, looks elegant and 1tb hard drive is a big plus. It was easy to operate and get it working. Would recommend to anyone who wants to install security cameras without climbing through attics hard to reach corners.

Cameras arrive. I just plugged them in and it was giving me image right away. After a few hours of looking, I realized it did not come with the 1TB of HDD. Amazon quickly sent me another device, same problem. They then gave me credit to purchase a HDD and it plugged right in. There is no tech support that comes with this. So you defiantly have to be techy to figure it out. Amazon is the tech support and they put you on hold for a few minutes while they google the answer. I still can’t get it to record but got it to send me motion alerts. All in all. It’s a nice set for the price!

Excellent, quality product for office security. System was easy to install, and simple to use. Everything was included as listed. Remote access is a bit odd, but I can access from multiple devices.

Pros: Cameras were easy to set up just plug and play. Picture quality is great.Cons: App to view on phone sucks. Video recorder not very user friendly and remote control for recorder not very useful have to use mouse. Not a very helpful user manual.

I do like the system,my smartphone made setting up easy and not sure if you can do it with out but with wanting to view your cameras while you are away I think you would have one with the purchase of this system. I use my system while I am downstairs and would like to know what is going on in the back yard or front with 4 cameras gives me a lot of points of view to keep my home safe and secure. Over all I do like the system and the quality of the video ( HD quality).

Amazing picture quality, easy install, easy set up, great WiFi connectivity. Only con is exposed power cable.

Get motion detected notifications but when i try to look at it. There are no playback video. Useless without playback recording.

Did not get a TB-1 HDD. Did not get instruction manuel. Figured basic setup but no DVR instructions so dont know how to get sound, playback, etc. Cant get past username (admin). And password screen. Cant do phone setup app at uhome ( that I had to come back to Amazons order of product and found phone app) without DVR setup. Love the picture quality but, if needed could make that better if I had a manuel. Love the night vision.
