EXERCISE PUZZLE MAT 3/4 INCH

This 1 inch puzzle mat is beautiful, I use it as an exercise yoga mat and for stretching. It’s very comfortable and saves my knees from the hard tile floor. Also works great when I feel like sitting on the floor. Highly recommended.

I ordered 4 sets of these to put down in my living room during the Covid-19 quarantine so I could get a decent workout while my gym was closed. I trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on them and they did the trick pretty well. After a solid month of use 3-4 days a week my gym opened back up and so, I don't need them anymore but they performed very well while I needed them. A few things to note. 1) These are a very light foam and even with 4 sets combined and laid out on the floor they will still move around a bit under strong exercise. Not enough to trip you up (like a rug being pulled out from under you) but enough to need adjusted after an hour or two. 2) Like most things these days (think 2x4 boards) these aren't exactly the thickness listed. I ordered the 1" mats and they measure in at 7/8" exactly. I actually expected them to be closer to 3/4 inch so, I'm not terribly disappointed in this. 3) I laid these over carpet in my living room and they were fine for grappling, gi or no-gi, but I definitely wouldn't practice any Judo on them...they are just not thick enough for that. 4) I would expect these to be too light and soft for serious weight-lifting (think crossfit). The drop of weights would, I think, crush the cells very quickly and tear through the light foam easily. Otherwise, if you are looking for a light, cheap padding for grappling or kids playing on concrete or similar I think these would work great for you!

I so glad I bought this thickness. Perfect for not feeling the floor on any exercise. It also fits together perfectly for any shape you need. It is very good quality… highly recommend

I am glad I ordered this thickness. It is perfect for calisthenics and stretching. I wouldn't drop weights on it, but the mat feels great on your back and protects your joints while simultaneously providing a solid workout surface that will last. I highly recommend this mat with the 1 inch thickness. Buy it once and have it forever. I bought two for an extended surface.

It is exactly the size it says it is and it is a very nice surface to work out on but I bought it to work with the black ones and they have different puzzle end pieces so they don’t fit together not the end of the world for my purposes but if you need them to fit together they don’t.

I am happy. Very thick and strong. In some places it's interlocked very good. But one place you can tell the interlock more visible but I think that's a small detail and manufactured little mistake. On my floor it's slippery so I had to come up with a way to put that mat in place. Worth the money cheap and good.

Geliefert werden gute, dicke und damit bequeme Matten. Sie riechen anfangs etwas nach Chemie aber das lässt recht schnell nach. Ich habe ein Paar matten genutzt um ein Polster für Kameratechnik in meine Schublade zu legen, das geht sehr gut. Die übrigen Matten schaffen eine gute Unterlage für sportliche Betätigung und Isolation zum Boden wenn man doch mal auf der Isomatte schlafen muss. Entsprechend der Maße ist das Stauen etwas umständlich aber das liegt in der Natur der Dinge...

Top ! C’est bien fait et ferme, couleur plus agréable que le fluo apparent de l’annonce. Après moi je vais pas les mettre au sol donc je ne peux juger de la durabilité sous des poids importants (je peux monter dessus avec un léger amorti, et ce léger creux ne remonte pas instantanément, ça pourrait être un peu juste côté durabilité mais je spécule)
