Decade Awards Cup Trophy, Gold and Silver - Metal Corporate Cup Award - Engraved Plate on Request

If I could give this product more than 5 stars, I would. I received the trophy yesterday and the description on the product page matched exactly what I got. It's a fully metal trophy (except for the base) and seems to be sturdy/well assembled.If you want a customized engraved plate for the trophy, it's as simple as clicking "contact this seller" on Decade Awards page and emailing them what you want engraved. It's free. It's simple.The best part about it was the description says the name plate comes in 7-10 days. I needed my engraved plate sooner than that. I spoke with a woman named Juanita who was incredibly helpful, extremely responsive, and all around a pleasure to do a business with. I asked what I could do to expedite the process, and she told me I could pay for expedited shipping, but she was confident it wasn't necessary. She said she would make sure my order was pulled for same day production and she told me she personally put my engraved plate in the mail on the same day I ordered it. I ordered the plate on a Tuesday and received it by Friday of that same week.I'm very happy with the product. The plate is exactly what I wanted. But I am most impressed by how Juanita took such good care of me. She made me feel like the most valued customer she's ever had and that goes a long way with me. I'm very happy I went through Decade Awars for this product. If I find myself in a situation where I need to get another trophy, this will be my first stop. Juanita from Decade Awards customer service...if you read this...thank you so much for your help. You made this experience an incredibly postive one for me. I am sincerely grateful.

I was worried about the quality because I haven't ordered from this company before and there always seems to be an issue when something is supposed to be personalized/engraved. Ok, first, don't freak out about the plate not being on your trophy when you receive the trophy. I almost contacted the seller, then decided to wait a bit. This was for my son, who is autistic and he didn't understand why his name wasn't on the trophy. A few days later, the self adhesive nameplate came in the mail, in a red envelope. The metal portion of the trophy is well made and sturdy, the base is plastic, but it's able to hold the metal weight on top. All in all, my son is very proud of his trophy and y'all did a great job on this product. Thanks!

I bought this one to match the one my wife got me for Christmas so I have a matching set for being a repeat Net Champion. I bought the first one, as this was the inaugural event of the fairly new club. So I have the 10" and the 14.5" side by side. They are very attractive and are on our "golf Shelf" above the stairway as you go down the stairway into the family room along with our Yearly Family Golf Tournament Trophies. I would definately recommend this product and the company to anyone looking to buy a trophy as an award or gift for "Greatest" or "Best" or a "Winner". Great Product.

I ABSOLUTELY love this trophy. I got if for my son who memorized a long sourah from the Quran (one and a half pages!!). Here is what I think of it:PROS:- Sturdy, made of metal- Perfect communication from customer service, they sent me a preview of my text to review before they mailed it.- The plaque or the... thing that holds the text came 2 days later exactly as pictured. It was covered with a sticker to prevent it from getting scratched during handling. It also comes with really sticky 3M piece of tape so you just easily peal and apply it to the designated spot on the trophy cup.- Doesn’t require tools... but:CONS:- I need a special kind of wrench to tighten the bolt and I don’t have one nor do I know what its called so I have to manually tighten it every time my child touches it.

I love this trophy! I bought it as a gag gift for my wife (I had the plaquer designed with a funny message).Make sure to review the purchasing options, though, as the default purchasing option when I checked originally bought it was not through Decade Awards. There did not seem to be a way to contact the seller to get a custom plate, so I returned the first, and reordered it making sure to get it through Decade Awards so that I could get the custom plate.

We got these to hand out for a bike show at my husband's club. They are pretty without being gaudy and simple enough to personalize. We were very happy with the purchase. We gave away three that night and everyone was happy with them. If we host another event, we will be purchasing again.

This is a nice-looking, solid present that gives you the chance to personalize a message to anyone who deserves appreciation or celebration. It shows you notice and care, and this is not something that was just bought off the shelf casually. In addition, the company does great customer service. Twice I messed up when I wanted to inscribe something on a special plate that is sent to you separately to add to the trophy, and each time they were quick to give me a second one at no charge. This would make a great Valentine’s Day present to go along with the usual chocolates and flowers.

So perfect for what I ordered it to do! One of my students is enamored with trophies and I got this for his “graduation” from middle school. He was over the top with it! I messed up and didn’t see that I had to order a different way if I wanted something engraved on the plate and the company fixed my mess up very quickly!!

Meets my needs. Has good weight to it andquality is good. The engraving was excellent. Hats off to the staff at Decade Awards.
