It’s great! Because of lockdown I ordered it out of boredom, but totally worth it! My partner has been my little guinea pig. It’s so easy to use, I would insist on turning the heat down a bit before waxing as on the medium/high heat it burnt my partner and still has the burn few days later. But once I turnt it down to medium , it was great. Thicker consistency too so it was easier to spread.

Not 100% happy
The beads could be better, the wx sticks instantly, the sheets werent needed, you just have to rip it off, also getting the wx cleaned from container is useless, could be improved on

It works so well
This product is easy to use, it comes with bad beads and application sticks. The machine and the wax are great quality and it lasts. Please know that you don't need any wax strips to remove the wax. You just apply, lift an edge and rip it off. Make sure you change the temp to a lower setting once the beads are melted so that you don't burn but the wax remains warm.

Heat properly.. Turn down then work ur magic.
I must say I was very happy with this product and the beads amazing yeah u need to put on thick for to work and gave a good pull... But with me being a red head it can be sore getting waxed I found this item amazing for me... Highly recommend...

Poor quality
This took way too long to heat up the beads over an hour just to be touch warm. The metal bar at the top kept coming off when scraping excess wax so it was pointless. Don’t bother wasting your money.

Wouldn't buy if I was you
Came on time with all the bits.Took a lot longer to heat up than expected it says once liquid turn to medium to use all day but it started to set straight away but keeping it higher was too warm for the person using it.The wax dries brittle so only partially removes the hair.I wouldn't buy this again and would suggest others don't waste their money and look for alternatives to this particular one
