Plantronics 64399-01 Replacement Battery for CS50

The battery I got from DirectDeals4U is NOT a Plantronics OEM battery as described. However, the one I received is rated with a higher 240mAh rating than the original 190mAh and so far has lasted longer than the original one lasted even when it was new. I am 7 hours into a call as I type this and it's still going strong. There is no manufacturer name or ID printed on the battery (see customer image to see what I got) and time will tell if there will be issues, but so far, so good. Price was fair for a non-OEM part, though I have seen cheaper, but this one fits perfectly, delivery was very quick and shipped in minimalist packaging so very little waste to dispose of.

The battery worked as expected and was an exact replacement. No issues after 1 week of use.

The batteries were shipped in a timely manner. The batteries will only work if I discharge the unit before charging again. This is different from the original batteries and somewhat inconvenient.

Once I installed the replacement battery, my Plantronics phone worked as good as new. I couldn't be happier.
