These are listed as speakers and shown as speakers but when I check out I see a picture and description headphones. Which one is it?

Will i get it in the original box?

Mine came in the original packaging.

Why are the speakers unresponsive? None of the buttons (power off/on) are working. Only the volume and I can’t hear sound at all

Make sure all the cables are plugged into the bass speaker properly. Also make sure you have the LG Hub software installed. If you still have problems, probably best to contact Logitech who can help you out better.

Purchased a version that was meant for the uk when i live in the us. would just having an adapter be ok or do i need a converter as well?

Try a request for an exchange but an adapter would work if you’re talking about the power supply.
