doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil - 15ml

Cant say enough on how this Terra Peppermint Oil works. I am recovering from two rotator cuff injuries on each shoulder. This knocked the pain down quickly and for many hours. Pleasant odor. I recommended to friends with hip and back issues, they love it also !!! I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using this peppermint essential oil for the past 7 years and it continues to amaze me! I get headaches very often, and I’ve suffered from anxiety before. This product doesn’t just help me with headaches but it relaxes me and centers me back so I can focus. A little bit goes a long way.

I have the worst allergies, eczema, and breathing issues, and have tried almost every drug and cream out there. After randomly meeting some older health educators at a brewery, I was told to try the essential oils to treat my allergies starting with peppermint oil. As a strong believer of scientific evidence, I scoured the internet for what the essential oils and peppermint oil actually does for the body. Long story short, there is no clear scientific link between peppermint oil and the efficacious treatment of allergies (or else it would likely be prescribed by physicians). Well, having used this for a month, I still cannot definitively say this has any dramatic effect on my allergies. I dab some in my hands, cup them together, and breathe deeply a few times a day. I can say that it smells wonderfully, and as far as I can tell, helps clear up my sinuses a little bit. If you're desperate to try anything, I do recommend giving it a go!

This oil smells delicious to start with. Not too strong as I thought it would be, but just perfect. And it worked. I tried it today in an essential oil nasal inhaler and it really did literally cure my headache without medication. I am very happy with mine. Also GREAT in my honemade foot cream that I use every morning after showering. I consider it a major ingredient in that recipe. There's just something about peppermint in a foot cream-- so fresh and refreshing. And this one is so nice!
