Resmed 37299 Humid Air Standard Tub

works really good

I have two Resmed Airsense 10s--one home, one for travel. I decided to buy two new water tubs were more than a couple of years old. I thought that this is one case where you didn't want to risk not having brand name quality--was I wrong. I get the new tub(s), swap them out, and then over the next week or so, I notice in my stats that my leak rates start to rise. I don't immediately make the connection. Since I use nasal pillows, I jump to the conclusion that's the problem. I prematurely replace the pillows. No change. I then replace my (expensive) hose. No change. I'm befuddled. I assume there's something wrong with my machine and start talking to my Dr. about a replacement. Only when did I grab my machine by the tank and notice that it want from raspy to silent did I make the obvious connection--the tub was no sealing.I replaced the tub with the second I had ordered with the same time. Same leak.I ordered a third party replacement from a non-Resmed manufacturer (not naming so it doesn't seem like I'm a shill). Perfect seal, and problem goes away. I replaced a mask and a tube for nothing.I contact Resmed about the bad tubs since I was past my time with Amazon to get a return. Resmed tells me to work with my DME (there isn't one) and my insurance company (there isn't one) to address my faulty CPAP (it isn't). When I replied that the problem was two faulty tanks, they again replied "If you are having issues with your mask not fitting correctly or leaking air, please reach out to your Home Medical Equipment Provider or your Doctor for a fitting." In other words, don't expect quality from Resmed, and don't expect them to make it right if you have a problem.

I had forgotten to replace this tank for way to long. This new tank is great.

Universal fit and it’s perfect

I ordered this item because the reservoir I had in my CPAP machine was getting a bit gungy, especially the seal, which had black areas on it that would not come clean. The item was faulty from the start; it leaked air and make various noises when in operation. The reservoir emptied of water more quickly. Also, the symbol for poor mask seal would come in the morning after use, though the mask seal was fine. I don't seem to be able to return the item.

The product is perfect for my ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset.

Looks to be the same as my original one but doesn’t fit perfect so it leaks into the bottom of the machine occasionally.

This price if half of what you'd pay at s cpap supplier. The seal on my old unit broke. I was able to have this delivered in 1 day. It's literally a life saver.
