After repairing the CPU and GPU with the Noctua thermal compound, realised the small memory modules and other chips coming in contact with the heat sink are not covered with a thermal paste or pads. Applied the Arctic thermal pads on all the modules and the heat inside has considerable reduced and it runs a lot cooler. Laptop is a ASUS ROG GL502VS.

Temperatures were reduced by 10-20C by changing out the pads and I highly recommend arctic thermal pads since they are soft and can survive laptop disassembly w/o replacing the pads often.I recommend to buy Arctic instead of fujipoly if you're repasting the PC/laptop every year.More value for money product.
