I rarely write a review for products but this time I make an exception. My job requires lots of focusing and sitting and I tend to have a poor posture when I work. The result is I always have a tense neck and back when I got home, this massager is a lifesaver. For how much it costs, it's such a great deal. I'm not saying it will treat all kinds of a backache and problems, you will need medical intervention if you have serious conditions. For a daily pampering, it does its job.Also,the customer service is very good. They will respond to your message right away and try to help you solve any problem that occurs with the product.

Quick charge time and the two times I've used it so far, I totally fell asleep both times. I've used the two large heads on legs, shoulders and neck. The pointer one comes in handy for extremely tight neck muscles. I have fibromyalgia and need deep tissue massages to help relieve the pain and tightness. Well I may never need another massage as now I have my own massage therapist. This product is truly worth every penny I spent.

The little massager surprised the heck out of me. We have massagers and they pretty much do the same thing. I got this for a gift and am glad I did because I probably wouldn't have bought it.

Good product for the price. Works as described. But unfortunately whoever packaged it was color blind. Ordered purple and received black.
