Pure, effective and worth having!
I add this to pre-workout shakes and post-workout protein drinks. This is one of the most original cherry juices out there. Delicious neat or mixed into shakes or overnight oats etc. I believe this helps me with my sleep by increasing melatonin. Keeps well in the fridge. Excellent product.

This has worked for me to help with sleep & hot sweats at night
I bought this product as I had been advised by a friend that it may help me with my insomnia and hot sweats that I had been suffering for months I am assuming because of perimenopause. I was sceptical, I couldn't see how it could possibly work, but as I had been to the GP to find out about HRT and had been advised they couldn't prescribe it for me, I thought I would give it a go. It didn't really help the first or second night I thought, but as I took it regularly 25ml at night, it started to make a difference. Having taken it for 2 months now, I can honestly say that any waking up that I was doing thanks to feeling really hot, sweating or feeling like I'm burning up have stopped. I also feel that my sleep is better. I am more easily able to fall asleep, I stay asleep for longer and I have a better quality of sleep. It has not stopped the waking up completely, but how could it as I still need to get up once or twice a night to go to the loo, but I am feeling now that overall I am sleeping better and not having the awful wakeful sleep that I seemed to suffer months. I notice some reviews have commented on the taste. I am not usually a massive fan of cherry flavoured things or sour things, but I take this product neat (ie not diluted) and after the first couple of times, I've grown used to the flavour and actually quite like it. So I would say if you are around 50 and looking for alternative to HRT to help with sleep quality and night sweats it's worth a try as I've found it's really helped me.
